We Are Ready.

Jeffrey M. Aguy, SSBP

"My earliest years were spent growing up in a small village in Haiti. We didn't have running water or flushable toilets. In fact we were lucky if the electricity came on for a few hours a day. Innovation was not a buzzword used by business people; it was the difference between life and death".

Jeff's childhood experience gave him a deep sense of purpose,  love for community, and a passion for solving complex problems. In 2012 Jeff became the youngest CEO of a strategic planning firm in the United States at 21 years old. He has also served in a number of leadership roles including: Board Chairman, Executive Director for a Business Development Non-Profit, Director of Student Research at his Alma mater and Chair for a number of steering committees. Most recently he served as the Vice President & Economic Development Chair for the Minneapolis NAACP. Jeff is currently a Co-Founder for NCXT, a design and technology modernization firm serving mid-large size companies and Program Manager at Lunar Startups, a new model for startup incubation specializing in growth, connection, and innovation for women, people of color and other high potential entrepreneurs.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with an emphasis in Data Analytics from Oakwood University, a Master of Arts in Leadership: Creativity & Innovation from Andrews University, A Six-Sigma Black Belt Certification, and Graduate Internships from Harvard and Florida Hospital Innovation Labs.
